Grab Express Delivery

Motorcycle delivery is suitable for small bouquets, flower boxes, and items within the size limit.
For larger bouquets, hug box or flower basket, we will suggest to carry with car.
For larger or oversized items, we recommend choosing car delivery to ensure safer transportation. If a motorcycle is used for an unsuitable-sized item, any damage that occurs during delivery will be handled in accordance with the delivery platform’s terms and conditions.

Our deliveries are arranged through Lalamove or Grab Express, and the driver is not our staff.
If you experience any issues or inappropriate behaviour from the driver, we kindly ask for your understanding. You are also welcome to contact us so we can assist where possible.
If your order arrives damaged or the packaging is affected during delivery, please take photos immediately upon receiving the order and contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery slot arrange by us is starting from 10am-1pm (Mon-Sat)
Please note that while we can inform the driver of your requested delivery time, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time, as delivery is handled by third-party drivers.
Alternatively, you may arrange your own delivery service if you require greater flexibility or have specific delivery timing requirements.

Please ensure that a receiver’s contact is available and reachable to receive the order upon delivery.
Drivers may not be able to wait for an extended period. If no one is available to receive the order, the driver may leave the item at the lobby or designated drop-off area, where permitted, or return the order if delivery cannot be completed.
If the order is returned to us due to the recipient is unavailable or unable to receive the order, a new delivery fee will apply for any subsequent delivery attempt.
To avoid any delays, additional delivery charges, or the risk of your order being returned, please provide a accessible contact person who can receive the order.
